JEA Custom Homes was founded by Evelio Aleman. Evelio’s career began after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Florida International University while simultaneously attaining his General Contractor’s license and soon after his Swimming Pool Contractor’s license.

 

Evelio’s construction experience originated in the development of luxury custom homes. Quality in building a luxury home is demanded, and imperfections are unacceptable. Throughout his career, Evelio ensured that each project adhered to these high standards while also recognizing the importance of the overall construction process, not just the final product. He believed that a home should reflect careful planning, strong craftsmanship, and attention to detail from beginning to end.

 

It was with this philosophy and valuable experience that JEA Custom Homes was founded. Today, JEA Custom Homes focuses on building custom luxury homes designed with purpose and built to last, bringing together experience, quality, and a deep understanding of what makes a home truly stand out.
